A highly compressed 100g cake with a thick full taste with fruity sweet notes and a moderately bitter finish.
A “puerh-like” raw dark tea from the self-administering Burmese region of Kokang which borders Yunnan.
Kokang region is located on the Yunnan border and for many centuries was a Chinese possession until it was ceded to British Burma in 1897. As a result of this land swap, Kokang's dark teas cannot now be labelled as pu-erh.
