A smooth and sweet tasting tea with a nice malt finish, devoid of any astringency or bitterness. The flavour shifts towards milk chocolate in latter steeps.
An oriental beauty style oolong tea produced from the ancient tea plants in Jingmai, it is very heavily oxidised and tastes more like a black tea than an oolong, so I've taken the decision to list it as a black tea.
