Product Description

A dank tasting tea which provides an interesting insight into what 30 years of ageing will do to a black tea. It is dominated by a very heavy storage taste and is best approached as a learning experience, rather than a tea to enjoy for it's taste.

Produced as a western export grade 'BOP' black tea, the collapse of Taiwanese export market for black teas in the 1980s resulted in the tea abandoned in the factory's warehouse for over 30 years before being 'rediscovered'.
