A smooth sweet tasting black tea, possessing a honey taste which transforms into chocolate taste with subsequent infusions.
Zhangping Shui Xian is the only oolong tea which has traditionally been pressed into a cake, this cake is a modern twist on an old classic by pressing the Shui Xian as a black tea rather than an oolong.
