A unique white tea with a full tangy start coupled with crisp cooling menthol taste which lingers in the mouth.
The sunny winter period this year tricked the tea plants into producing fresh leaves before the usual Spring harvest, resulting in a very rare pre-Spring harvest I have named 'Faux Spring'.

- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
