Resumption of EU Shipping and what fees to expect
Shipping to the EU has now resumed but all parcels are likely to be charged local VAT rates on tea and a processing fee by your local postal service, as the EU have lowered the VAT threshold to 0EUR.
In addition, orders over 150EUR will be charged import duties at your local rate.
I am searching for a better option and will update the website as soon as I have one, until then please do expect to be charged VAT and processing fees on all EU orders.
