EU Shipping: With great regret we have decided to suspend all shipments to the EU due to the recent addition of a custom charge of 3EUR per tea and future changes coming in November on top of the high local EU taxes. It sadly makes it no longer viable to ship to the EU anymore.

All orders are shipped out of our base in London (UK), with the following shipping rates available:

UK Shipping:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 
FREE for orders of £35+
£3.50 for orders under £35

Royal Mail Tracked 24:
FREE for orders of £100+
£0.80 for order of £35+
£4.30 for orders under £35

USA Shipping:

Shipping to the US has a 10% tariff applied to the prices US customers see by inflating the GBP/USD exchange rate.

Royal Mail International Priority (tracked):
$11 for orders of $75+
$15 for orders under $75

Norway Shipping:
We are pleased to now ship all parcels to Norway with all duties and taxes paid by us! To cover the cost of doing so we have inflated our NKR prices by roughly 20%.

Rest of the World Shipping:
Royal Mail International Priority (tracked):
£5 for orders of £50+
£8 for orders under £50

International Delivery Speed:
Deliveries within the EU typically arrive within 3-4 weeks of despatch but can take up to 8 weeks.
Deliveries outside the EU typically arrive within 1-3 weeks of despatch but can take up to 4-6 weeks and possibly longer due to potential customs delays.

Potential Delays:
Royal Mail maintain a list of all the worldwide ongoing postal incidents which may result in a delay to your parcel.
Otherwise delays are often caused by the parcel being held up by customs which can cause delays of up to 10 weeks on occasion.

Country Specific Issues:
Brazil: Due to a high percentage of parcels to Brazil going missing, deliveries can only be sent at the buyer's risk.
India: Indian customs regulations means we cannot send tea.
Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabian customs regulations means we cannot send tea.
