Shipping to the US has resumed with a flat 10% tariff which we have incorporated directly into our prices for US customers by inflating the GBP/USD exchange rate by 10%.

Prices for all non-US customers remain unchanged.

All orders are shipped out of our base in London (UK), with the following shipping rates available:

UK Shipping:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (TRACKED):
FREE for orders of £35+
£3.30 for orders under £35

Royal Mail 1st Class (TRACKED):
FREE for orders of £100+
£1.00 for order of £35+
£4.00 for orders under £35

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm:
£7.00 for order of £30+
£10.00 for orders under £30

USA Shipping:

EU Shipping:

We are very excited to now offer a Delivery Duty Paid service to select EU countries below and have suspended shipments to all other EU countries where we cannot offer the service.

To cover the cost of doing so we have inflated our EUR prices by roughly 10% in Austria, Cyprus, Germany and the Netherlands.

Norway Shipping:
We are pleased to now ship all parcels to Norway with all duties and taxes paid by us! To cover the cost of doing so we have inflated our NKR prices by roughly 10%.

Rest of the World Shipping:

£8 for orders under £50

International Delivery Speed:
Deliveries within the EU typically arrive within 3-4 weeks of despatch but can take up to 8 weeks.
Deliveries outside the EU typically arrive within 1-3 weeks of despatch but can take up to 4-6 weeks and possibly longer due to potential customs delays.

Potential Delays:
Royal Mail maintain a list of all the worldwide ongoing postal incidents which may result in a delay to your parcel.
Otherwise delays are often caused by the parcel being held up by customs which can cause delays of up to 10 weeks on occasion.

Country Specific Issues:
Bulgaria: Customs have been rejecting parcels making it sadly it is no longer viable to ship to.
Brazil: Due to a high percentage of parcels to Brazil going missing, deliveries can only be sent at the buyer's risk.
India: Indian customs regulations means we cannot send tea.
Italy: Recent regulatory changes have made it not viable to ship to Italy for now
Romania: Recent regulatory changes have made it not viable to ship to Romania for now
Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabian customs regulations means we cannot send tea.
Spain: Customs have been demanding huge fees making it not viable to ship to.
