Rosyth Tea Estate are a family run operation (Neil, Farzana and their son Oli) who have resurrected tea production in Rosyth following a fire which rendered the local tea factory inoperable in 2022. They have created a community driven small scale production facility focussed on producing high quality hand made teas with a share of profits going directly back to the workers.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
