A sencha made with the traditional Yabukita cultivar providing a strong umami fresh cut grass taste with a slight toasted corn hint.

They are a family run farming going for over a century with the current tea master Masahiro Kuma being the 3rd generation in the family tea farm and the head of operation Kazumi Nakatani a 4th generation!
