I'm excited to expand our Earl Grey range to include a single origin Earl Grey from the fantastic Devagiri Tea Estate. It delivers a brilliant Bergamot aroma and taste coupled with a wonderful smoothness one would expect of a very good Ceylon Orange Pekoe.
Sourced direct from Devagiri tea estate which has undergone an exciting reboot, with new owners Rosh and Mike (Rosh being a granddaughter of the estate's first Sri Lankan owner!) purchasing it in 2023. They wanted to break the cycle of commodity tea pricing resulting in poor wages and treatment of the workers, and set about seeking to sell direct to businesses (such as us!) who are happy to pay premium prices for good quality tea which allows the estate to pay workers fairly.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
