A great jasmine with a smooth texture and wonderful jasmine aroma and taste which surpasses that of the Jasmine Pearls!
A great take on the famed Jasmine Pearls, where a bigger pearl is produced and fashioned into a shape approximating a Phoenix's eye! The extra size of the pearl and additional round of Jasmine scenting gives the Phoenix Eye a better defined jasmine taste coupled with a wonderful smooth texture.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 80°C/176°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
