An interesting green tea with smooth fruity grass notes.
One of our new 'Bargain Bin' offerings, I was able to acquire some nicely discounted teas from a European wholesaler clearing out last year's stock, which I'm happy to pass on at a very good rate. The quality of the tea very much exceeds the price and once it's gone, it will not be returning.

Origin: Hubei Province, China
Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 70°C/158°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
