A smooth and sweet oolong with notes of vanilla, pear and sweet potato.
Produced from one of Taiwan's newest cultivars; Qi Yun (TTES #23). It was developed from the seeds of Keemun tea plants and released to Taiwanese Farmers in 2018.

- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
