A highly unique roasted oolong with a full fruity malt notes complemented by a medium non-dominant roasted taste.
The oolong features a high degree oxidisation with a roasting starting at 110°C for 10 minutes, than 120°C for 10 minutes, than 140°C for 10 minutes and 150°C for finalisation.

- Smooth with little to no bitterness or astringency
- Roasted fruit taste with malt notes

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
