An incredibly complex and unique tea with long lingering tangy citrus notes accompanied by gentle chocolate notes, completely unique.

It is the sole tea produced by Jeong Jae Yeun, completely hand-produced. It is apparently very popular amongst the monks of the Korea.

Please note that this tea is available in smaller than normal units of 5g and 25g, so as to make the tea more accessible given its high price.

Cultivar: Semi-Wild Hadong (Descendants of the first tea brought in to Korea roughly 1,200 years ago)

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 30-45 seconds
