It's complex taste is as a result of mist blocking out the sun on the mountain on which it grows wild, which results in slower leaf growth and a complex taste.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 80°C/176°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
