A most unique tea made from the tea plant native to Taiwan which has been growing wild for thousands of years on the island, it has recently been confirmed as a sperate species to Camellia Sinesis though still closely related.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
