I'm delighted to finally have it back in stock, the tea is from the same producer and roaster but they had to switch to a new tea leave source, as a result the tea will have some differences to before but has the advantage of coming from an organic source.

Roast: Double Medium Roasted at Level 4-5

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
