An incredibly clean tasting tea with a very smooth texture and taste, it has sweet floral honeyed notes reminiscent of the very best black teas from Taiwan.
A very limited production tea which is meticulously hand processed in very small quantities. I was lucky to secure just under 500g of their black tea, which I'm offering as twenty 10g bags and ten 25g bags.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-5 minutes
