An incredibly clean tasting tea and sweet green tea with lingering grass notes.
A very limited production tea which is meticulously hand processed in very small quantities. I was lucky to secure just under 500g of their black tea, which I'm offering as twenty 10g bags and ten 25g bags.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 70°C/158°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
