A fantastic tippy tea for the price! It makes for a great daily drinker, delivering a sweet malt taste and minimal astringency, working with or without milk.
Sourced direct from Devagiri tea estate which has undergone an exciting reboot, with new owners Rosh and Mike (Rosh being a granddaughter of the estate's first Sri Lankan owner!) purchasing it in 2023. They wanted to break the cycle of commodity tea pricing resulting in poor wages and treatment of the workers, and set about seeking to sell direct to businesses (such as us!) who are happy to pay premium prices for good quality tea which allows the estate to pay workers fairly.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
