A full tasting Dian Hong with a lingering malt taste with some sweetness, processed in the traditional style with a lower level of oxidisation and roast.

Sourced from a different source than our previous Dian Hong, this iteration features a higher gold content and a creamier texture.

Tasting Notes:

- Full lingering malt taste with some sweetness

Harvest: Spring, March 2016
Origin: Feng Qing, Yunnan, China
Sourced: Specialist Yunnan tea wholesaler

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3 minutes
