A smooth oolong with a lingering roasted caramel taste with a slightly sour finish as expected of Tie Guan Yin.
A traditional high fired heavy roasted oolong from Anxi which has been roasted in the long held tradition in Hong Kong.
It's been rested for a good 3 years and is ready for drinking.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
