A lovely smooth black tea with a sweet start followed by a spicy finish somewhat reminiscent of a Keemun black tea.
Produced from one of Taiwan's newest cultivars; Qi Yun (TTES #23). It was developed from the seeds of Keemun tea plants and released to Taiwanese Farmers in 2018.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
