A splendid Matcha produced from the Samidori cultivar with a rich umami taste accompanied by a gentle sweetness and banana and rosemary hints.
Produced from ground Tencha from the first harvest of the year with 3-4 weeks of shading, making it one of the highest grades of Matcha.
Sourced from Obubu's tea neighbour.
February 2025 update: Matcha prices across Japan have spiked forcing us to push up the price of the 25g unit but by transitioning the 100g unit to a single 100g packet, I have been able to lower the price on 100g.
Save almost 20% on the 100g bag compared to the 25g bag.
