A brilliant silver needle with a complex taste of melon and gentle smoke finish.

It's complex taste is as a result of mist blocking out the sun on the mountain on which it grows wild, which results in slower leaf growth and a complex taste.

Tasting Notes:
- Light and delicate taste
- Smooth texture with no bitterness
- Gently melon taste with hints of smoke

Harvest: Spring, late March 2016

Tea Trees: Wild growing with an age between 200-800 years old
Tea Varietal: Camellia Sinensis var. Assamica
Altitude: 1200m+
Origin: Suoi Giang, Yen Bai Province, Vietnam

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 80°C/176°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
