Our very first decaffeinated tea! We were adamant we would only offer a Decaf tea if it were single origin and direct sourced and after 12 years we have finally found one!
It delivers a smooth taste with some fruit plum notes with a slight background taste left by the decaffeination process.
Sourced direct from Devagiri tea estate which has undergone an exciting reboot, with new owners Rosh and Mike (Rosh being a granddaughter of the estate's first Sri Lankan owner!) purchasing it in 2023. They wanted to break the cycle of commodity tea pricing resulting in poor wages and treatment of the workers, and set about seeking to sell direct to businesses (such as us!) who are happy to pay premium prices for good quality tea which allows the estate to pay workers fairly.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
