A light sweet tasting green tea composed mainly of buds, with a light vegetal taste which lingers on the tongue.
An unusual tea made with a white tea cultivar but processed as a green tea, resulting in it having the light sweetness of a white tea coupled with a gentle vegetal taste associated with Chinese green teas.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 70°C/158°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 45-60 seconds
