I'm excited to offer another Assam from the fantastic Latumoni tea farm, it is the highest grade of black tea they produce from the very first batch of the prized Second Flush. It has has a smooth texture coupled with a brisk maltiness which works with or without milk.
Tasting Notes:

- Sweet malt taste with some briskness
- Malt and berry filled notes
Harvest: Second Flush, May 2024

Sourced: Indian wholesaler/producer working closely with small farmers to develop new high quality teas
Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 4 minutes
