A light roasted tea unique to Kyoto, produced from the winter leaves which are harvested to aid the spring growth. It has a sweet taste accompanying by light roasted tones and gentle vegetal notes.
Sourced direct from Obubu's farm in Kyoto.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 85°C/185°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
