Japan Yame Kuma 'Sencha Tsuyuhikari' Green Tea

Japan

Weight

A fantastic complex sencha which combines a strong umami taste with a herbal quality resulting in a very smooth creamy texture coupled with a sharpness.

Winner of the 2023 Japanese Tea AWARD encourage prize.

I'm very excited to offer a selection of Sencha from Yame Tea Kumaen, a regular winner of national Japanese tea competitions as well as international tea competitions. They are a family run farming going for over a century with the current tea master Masahiro Kuma being the 3rd generation in the family tea farm and the head of operation Kazumi Nakatani a 4th generation!
