I'm excited to offer a Gui Fei which one a prize in the Gui Fei category of the LGTTS competition. It has a very smooth honey sweet and grapefruit taste with background roasted Hazelnut notes.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3 minutes
