A fantastic Li Shan mountain oolong produced with the famed Tie Guan Yin cultivar imported from China. It has a wonderfully smooth floral taste with the slightly sour finish normally found with Tie Guan Yin.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 1-2 minutes
